Our commitment
MITT Creative processes personal data in accordance with applicable UK data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 as amended. We apply the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimisation; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality; and accountability.
How we protect data
We limit access to personal data to people and providers who need it for legitimate business purposes, use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, and require service providers handling data for us to protect it appropriately. We review retention and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to legal and contractual record-keeping needs.
Individual rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, receive portable data, object to processing and withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions.
